Discord is primary a chat. There are some talks about reviving Fantasy Tennis and some general ones. I followed the discussion a bit and there were tries to rebuild the FT server from analyzing the client and also gather previous elitepvpers.com people. The idea was cancelled some time later. All in all, this channel looks quite a bit unorganized, but it is the most active community out there until now as far as I know.

I think, you need to react to a message on the #rules channel to see the other areas again.
Pixel Tennis is still available at certain time spans. You can see them at the upper right corner of this site.
